Purchase of this product is an agreement to the following:
- A 15-30 business day design time-frame, contingent upon the number of edits you request
- Any logo or art assets provided to us in rasterized format will require vectorization. If client does not possess vector files, there may be an additional cost according to the work required to vectorize said assets
- Agent Ink reserves the right to revoke lifetime store access if store is inactive and has less than $100 in sales for over 6 consecutive months
- Agent Ink reserves the right to not post social media content at anytime
- Agent Ink reserves the right to remove a store listing from the featured store tab at anytime
- Agent Ink reserves the IP rights to any NEW artistic assets created separate from the intellectual property of the client (example: jersey design using the client’s branding will remain property of Agent Ink Apparel LLC) and will not be transferred.
